The crude oil is pumped into the refining pan for degumming and neutralization. When the oil and soap clearly separate and sink rapidly, stop stirring, let it stand, and then suck out the upper clean oil to the washing tank. The soap foot is put into the soap foot bucket from the bottom drain pipe. When the soap foot contains more oil, the soap foot is stopped and the soap foot is put into the soap foot tank by the pump. The remaining oil in the refinery tank is mixed into the next tank and continues. The clean oil transferred in the oil refining tank is washed and removed to the decolorization tank for adsorption and decolorization. The oil after decolorization is pumped into the gas separator at a constant flow rate through the pump, and the flow rate of the oil is adjusted by the flowmeter. In the degasser, oil is sprayed through multiple nozzles on the feed pipe, and a high vacuum is maintained in the degasser to release the small amount of air that has infiltrated into the oil.

 

The oil comes out of the degassing device, is pumped into the oil heat exchanger, exchanges heat with the hot oil from the deodorizing tower, and then flows into the thermal oil heater to be heated. The hot oil to be deodorized enters the combined deodorizing tower from the thermal oil heater, and uses direct steam to extract fatty acids and other relatively volatile odors in the packing section, and then enters the plate section for deodorization and thermal decolorization.

 

When processing oil products with low acid value or low oleic acid value of the finished product, it can be directly entered into the plate section for deodorization and thermal decolorization without going through the packing section. The deacidizing and deodorizing oil is discharged from the combined deodorizing tower, pumped into the heat exchanger for heat exchange with the oil to be deodorized, then into the cooler, cooled by water, and finally through the fine filter for safety filtration, and then stored in the refined oil storage tank. After deodorization, tea seed oil should be further dewaxed and degreased. Main features: The use of physical refining process, no need to deacid through alkali refining, to avoid neutral oil loss, greatly reducing production costs.

Refining machinery is the crude oil (peanut oil, canola oil, tea seed oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, flax oil, walnut oil, sesame oil and other edible oils) through heating and stirring for hydration degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization.
