Palm Oil Press Machine

The palm oil press has a palm processing capacity of about 1-15 tons/hour, which is a medium-sized palm oil processing scale. Customers can choose palm oil production equipment according to the budget. If the budget is relatively low, it is recommended to use fruit extractor + double spiral palm oil press/single spiral oil press + plate and frame filter.

The palm oil press should check the lubrication condition after every 50 hours of work, the oil cup above the reducer shall not lack of oil, the inner bearing of the adjusting screw shaft should be extracted from the adjusting screw hole and filled with butter once, and dry grinding is strictly prohibited.

The lubricating parts should prevent the intrusion of dust and other impurities, the oil quality of the reducer needs to be checked once a year, if it is found to be deteriorated, all the oil should be replaced.

When the press is reduced, the cake or oil is not normal, the press screw should be extracted, check the wear of the screw, the press strip, the cake head, and the cake mouth, and the wear parts should be replaced in time.

After each work, the residual cake in the machine should be removed, and the dust and grease on the surface of the machine should be wiped clean.

When long-term storage after the end of the production season, it should be maintained once, and the press screw, press strip, and cake head should be disassembled, washed, reoiled, and placed in a dry place.

After each oil extraction, remove the spiral shaft to clean the residue, and scrub the rotating mouth with a dry cloth and cotton swab to prevent clogging.
